Microlitix® has encountered over years of visiting food production facilities, that microbial outbreaks are detected in very specific and small surface areas.
These detections are often made by in-house quality & control personnel, often using the Microlitix Microbial Detector®. In these cases, a quick action is desired to contain the microbial growth into other areas of the facilities.
Our Microlitix Anti-microbial Spray® Coating is a useful, easy to use solution for small surfaces of any type: aluminum, chromed stainless steel, ceramic, paint, plastic parts, stone and wood.
The 400 ml. format allows for a full 2 m2 coverage that will protect 1 month in interior and exterior environments.
The Microlitix Anti-microbial Spray® Coating is a permanent acrylic paint with a very high grab and quick dry. It is an acrylic water based solution.
How to apply?
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry and free of any contaminants.
Shake the can vigorously during 1 minute after the mixing balls sound (except the gloss varnish, which does not contain it). Spray from a distance of 25/30 cm, applying thin and quick layers, first horizontally and then vertically. It is advisable to spray two thin layers instead of one thick layer in order to obtain uniform coverage and avoid paint sags. Once the operation is completed reverse the can and push the nozzle until only gas comes out in order to prevent nozzle clogging.
